An industry expert with more than 25 years of successful experience in full life cycle recruiting and business development, Elvis Udu has a proven ability to foster relationships with C-Suite and senior executives in the oil & gas industry.
Elvis a process engineer began his career in 2005 with iWayAfrica in Nigeria and worked in the field gaining first-hand experience as project engineer on a solvent pyrolysis pilot project. During his time there he worked in various roles including sales and as Quality Assurance Manager.

Nkem Ogbonnaya has been the COO of Ashflex Resources Consult since the year 2012, when he took charge from the retired COO, and has grown the organization from an annual turnover of N15million to now N45million +.
He played a pivotal role in Ashflex’s foray into the aerostructures domain, which has led to some major business wins for the organization in the aerospace and defense sectors.
